What is Mental Health

Mental health can be understood as our emotional, psychological and social wellbeing. We asked our Activists to describe what this means to them. They told us they see mental health as something we all have, just like physical health. They defined it as the potential of our minds to: grow and develop. overcome difficulties and challenges.
