WebThe CPDM program accepts referrals from across Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as from outside the province. People 18 years or older experiencing long-term or persistent pain, who do not require further medical investigations or treatments, and who would benefit from a team approach to rehabilitation, may be accepted to the program.
