WEBArkansas Verdigris Valley Health Centers, Inc. (AVV Health Centers) was established in 2005 as a 501(c)(3) private, non-profit organization. It operated with state funding until 2009 at which time it became a federally qualified health center (FQHC) through funding by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
