WebUp to $6,000 is available to reimburse personal GP CME and approved well-being expenses. GP must have worked in Northland for at least 12 months on a permanent basis unless otherwise approved by Te Whatu Ora. Funding is not pro-rated by FTE. Primary Care Multidisciplinary Team (MDTs) Meetings – Health

Whānau Tahi – Health Integration Projects
