Foundations of Nutrition II: Diet and Disease

This is a three-unit asynchronous online nutrition course that explores the relationship between diet and disease. The course is designed for current and future healthcare professionals. Over the ten-week length of the course, students will study evidence-based nutrition guidelines in the following areas of wellness and disease:
