Immunization Clinic — Middlesex-London Health Unit
WEBAppointments are required. Please call 519-663-5317 to book an appointment at the MLHU’s Immunization Clinic in London or Strathroy if eligible. There are no walk-in opportunities at MLHU immunization clinics. Hours of Operation in London, Ontario. Tuesdays and Thursdays (1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
Home Safety — Middlesex-London Health Unit
WEBSafety Gates. There are two options for safety gates; wall-mounted gates and pressure-mounted gates. Wall-mounted gates should be installed at the top of the stairs, and pressure mounted can be installed at the bottom. Once a child’s chin is in line with the top of the gate, it will no longer be effective in preventing injury.

If you have yet to register for PHOS, please have your organization's primary contact complete the online registration form.Orders placed via fax or email are no longer being processed.
