WebPatient Parking. Patients of the PAHC can park in the Clinic parking lot off of River Street. There is a $2.00 fee, payable upon exit. Patient parking is not permitted in the Physician and lower parking lots. Security will enforce parking regulations to prevent unauthorized parking and to maintain facilities for permit holders.
