WebThe HHS memorandum was entitled “Notification of Enforcement Discretion for Telehealth Remote Communications During the COVID-19 Nationwide Public Health Emergency.”. We now know that this 3/16/20 HHS memorandum includes telepsychology. Here is a brief version of the HHS document, with some modifications to include the Board.
