Adult Fitness & Wellness

WEBThis class consists of carefully coordinated stretches, both seated and standing. The class is held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. The instructors are senior volunteers and Parks staff. This class is included in the $25.00 annual Mall Walking fee. Non-members may drop-in for $5.00 per class.
