WebWCB Online is the easiest, most secure way for you to connect with WCB. Use WCB Online to: Complete forms and reports. Submit invoices. Communicate securely with WCB. Support plans to help workers on their return-to-work journey. All tiered service providers must use WCB Online to complete forms and invoicing.
Forms & Letters for Employers — WCB Online Support
WebOther forms can be sent as attachments to a secure message. See Send a Secure Message. You can also view letters sent to you from WCB. Letters and correspondence related to claims as well as related to your WCB account will all be located on the letters tab. Users will be able to view these letters based on their MyAccount access role.
Forms for Service Providers — WCB Online Support
WebSend a form. Use Client Search to select the client the form is for. Select Create New Form and choose the form type. Enter the WCB claim number and the client’s health card number. (If you do not have the claim number of health card number for the client, complete the pdf version of the form from our website and attach it to a secure message.)
Invoices & Payments — WCB Online Support
WebSend an invoice. On the Invoices page, search for the client using the WCB claim number and corresponding Nova Scotia health card number. If the client doesn’t have a Nova Scotia health card, the invoice will need to be faxed to 902-491-8001. Select New Invoice. Web1 - Have your Business Number (BN) ready. 2 - Call us at 1-800-870-3331 to obtain your Account Registration code. The code is valid for 30 days. 3 - Open an internet browser on your device and visit my-account.ns.ca.
