Scheduling and customizing a meeting with registration
WebIn the navigation menu, click Meetings. Click Schedule a Meeting or edit an existing meeting. In the Registration section, select the Required checkbox. Click Save. After scheduling the meeting, the Registration, Email Settings, and Branding tabs will appear.
Joining and participating in Zoom Webinars
WebClick or tap Join. Enter the webinar ID, and click Join or tap Join Meeting. If prompted, enter your name and email address, then click Join Webinar or tap Join. Note: If joining a simulive webinar, the webinar will automatically open in a desktop browser. Supported browsers include Chrome, Safari, and Chromium Edge.
Audio transcription for cloud recordings
WebAudio transcription automatically transcribes the audio of a meeting or webinar that you record to the cloud. After this transcript is processed, it appears as a separate VTT file in the list of recorded meetings. Additionally, you have the option to display the transcript text within the video itself, similar to a closed caption display.
